About the job Director of Surgical Services
Position: Director of Surgical Services
A minimum of two years of progressive experience in healthcare administration with increasing administrative responsibilities.
RN experience in scrubbing/circulating is preferred.
Must live within a 30-minute radius for on-call availability.
Proven expertise in staffing, budgeting, and financial management. Qualifications Education : A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field are both required.
Licensure & Certification : An active RN license is required. CNOR certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
