Learning Technology Admin/Specialist

Our client, is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to join their team. As a Learning Technology Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development support team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing enterprise learning platforms. Job Title: Learning Technology Admin/Specialist Location: Warren, MI Pay Range: $50 per hour What's the Job? Deliver hands‑on operational and technical support for enterprise learning platforms, ensuring system stability and platform updates. Support LMS‑to‑LMS migration, data validation, and platform stabilization activities. Assist with content uploads, testing, and validation of SCORM/xAPI content. Run and validate reports related to learner progress, completions, and user access. Collaborate with vendor support teams and internal stakeholders to resolve platform issues and document solutions. What's Needed? 5+ years supporting enterprise LMS/LXP platforms such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or Workday. Bachelor's degree in Learning, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of LMS administration, learning assignments, and reporting processes. Experience working with SCORM/xAPI content and supporting platform upgrades or stabilization periods.
