Human Resources Generalist

Job Description Job Description Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for employee relations by addressing questions concerns and policy related matters. Provide guidance to managers on human resources policies practices and consistent application across the organization. Manage compliance activities by monitoring employment laws updating procedures and coordinating changes with leadership. Support recruiting and onboarding efforts including job postings candidate screening and new hire documentation. Promote a positive workplace culture by leading training initiatives managing investigations and supporting safety and engagement programs. Requirements: Bring experience managing day to day human resources functions including employee relations and compliance. Demonstrate strong understanding of federal state and local employment regulations and reporting practices. Communicate clearly and professionally with employees managers and leadership at all levels. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality sound judgment and discretion. Work effectively under minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications: Track employee leaves and manage related documentation including unemployment claims and required reporting. Maintain and update human resources documentation such as policies job descriptions and organizational charts. Conduct or support investigations related to workplace concerns and employee complaints. Develop programs that improve employee morale engagement and overall employment experience. Contribute proactively to administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
