Our client is a Global Investment Manager that has been building out their internal teams within Private Equity Fund Sectors. This team would be handling Private Equity and Real Estate Investments. They have opened a newly created at AVP level for their Transaction Management Team supporting their Investment/Deal Team. This team is responsible for investment transaction deal closing support. Responsibilities Drive transaction execution, deal compliance, resolutions, and executive approvals. Support Investment/Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals. Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding Lead and handle inquires from internal and external team Manage transactions and deal pipeline Requirements Bachelor Degree is a Must 8 - 12 years experienced in transaction management documentation support or deal closing Strong Experience analyzing Private Equity and real estate transaction deal documents Our client is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary and discretionary performance bonus, including benefits.
