Koco Cafe is a growing Caribbean & Latin-inspired café and bakery looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in preparing quality food, and are a reliable team player, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
● Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
● Set up and stock your station before each shift.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
● Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
● Work efficiently during busy lunch service.
● Communicate and work as a team with other kitchen staff.
● Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications
● 1+ year of line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
● Knowledge of food safety practices.
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
