Fr unser Vertriebsteam im Bereich der Klima-/Kltetechnik suchen wir zum nchstmglichen Zeitpunkt einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Berlin.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie bernehmen eine Vertriebsposition im Bereich HVACR (Klima-/Kltetechnik, Wrmepumpenlsungen) Neuanlagengeschft und setzen die Vertriebsstrategie von Johnson Controls um.
- Sie bernehmen die Vertriebsaufgabe mit starkem Fokus auf Wachstum und Ergebnisorientierung im Bereich Klte-/Wrmetachter Lsungen insbesondere in dem Segment Building.
- Erfolgreich gewinnen Sie Neukunden und bernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung von bestehenden Kundenkontakten.
- Sie bernehmen die Betreuung von Planungsbros, Anlagenbauern und Endkunden und haben die regionale Markentwicklung stets im Blick.
- Die zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen inklusive Planungsuntersttzung und Kalkulation von Budgetangeboten.
- Das Fhren von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen zu erklrungsbedrftigen Wrme-/ und Kltelsungen.
- Die Vorbereitung und Durchfhrung von Fachmessen und Reprsentation bei sonstigen Kundenveranstaltungen mit entsprechendem Know how der Johnson Controls Produkte und Marken.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder einen abgeschlossenen Fach-/Hochschulabschluss in Kltetechnik/Versorgungstechnik/Verfahrenstechnik/Maschinenbau.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie gute Produkt- und Anwendungskenntnisse in der Klte-, Luft- und Klima-, Wrmepumpentechnik mit.
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung und Strke in der Betreuung von Planungsbros, Anlagenbauern und Endkunden.
- Strategisches Denken, selbststndige Arbeitsweise, Zielorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermgen und Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Einschlgige Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen, Planungs- und Kalkulationstools.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
