About the Role

Stance Retail Operations Associates chase the challenge of retail and are contributors in driving a performance based culture within their location through seamless store operations. We embody Stance values as a brand ambassador and consistently strive for excellence and high performance. 

Retail Operations Associates are team oriented & highly collaborative. We know how to best utilize our resources and support one another as teammates, but are also empowered to request support when needed. 

We are accountable for our store operations. Our ability to maintain high standards of operational excellence are crucial for the success of the Retail business.

About the Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Store Manager

About the Responsibilities & Duties

• Store Performance: Be a contributing teammate in driving retail store performance, including sales, product levels by season, and general compliance with company standards and policies through a focus in Retail Operations.. 


• Sales and Growth: Understand that beating former years or hitting Plan is a benchmark, and there is always more room to improve and grow each business. 


• Customer Service: While CX is not your primary responsibility, all Stance Retail Employees are trained to support the Sales Floor. When you are needed on the Sales Floor, willingly uphold the level of customer service provided in store as a brand ambassador.


• Operational Efficiency: Be a contributing teammate in store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company guidelines. This includes inventory management, cash handling, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  
  
  
  • Support Inventory Flow Inbound and Outbound
  
  
  • Review reporting with leadership to ensure Store Inventory is managed to support sales and consumer need
  
  
  • Support in execution of Visual Merchandising alongside upper management
  
  
  • Support in the maintenance of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and shipment audits
  
  


• Visual Merchandising: Support in executing Visual Merchandising directives effectively and efficiently.
  

Experience Needed

• 2+ years of Retail Operations experience


• Driver’s License & Insurance a plus


• Experience in Visual Merchandising is a plus


• Ability to stand, lift (within reason) on the sales floor and operationally in BOH


• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business


• Must be available to be scheduled a minimum of 3 days per week


• Must be available to work at least one weekend day
