Program Operations AssociateProgram Operations Associate – Leading Solutions HQ Office (Kissimmee, FL) Leading Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Program Operations Associate (Entry-Level) to support federal government contracts and gain hands-on experience in government contracting and program management. This role is ideal for current college students or recent graduates who are interested in launching a career in GovCon and learning how federal programs are planned, executed, and supported.The Program Operations Associate will work closely with experienced Program Managers and PMO staff to assist with day-to-day program activities, including tracking schedules and deliverables, preparing documentation and reports, supporting cross-functional coordination, and participating in internal and client meetings. This is a training-focused position that provides structured onboarding, mentorship, and exposure to real federal programs, with opportunities for professional growth and potential full-time conversion following graduation. Specific tasks include:Assist Program Managers with administrative and operational support for federal contractsHelp track program schedules, deliverables, and action itemsSupport preparation of reports, meeting notes, and basic program documentationLearn how government contracts operate, including compliance and reporting requirementsAssist with coordination between internal teams (HR, recruiting, finance)Help maintain organized records related to staffing, invoicing, and contract deliverablesParticipate in internal and client meetings as a note-taker and support resourceLearn basic subcontractor and vendor coordination processesContribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiativesReceive exposure to GovCon terminology, FAR basics, and program management best practicesQualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Engineering, Political Science, or a related fieldStrong interest in government contracting, program management or federal operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team membersOther Qualifications • Frequent use of hands and arms; prolonged sitting may be required. • Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment. • Ability to interpret instructions involving multiple abstract and concrete variables.Leading Solutions is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
