Aluminum / Steel WelderAutomation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Aluminum / Steel Welder for a large manufacturing company in Houston. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and galvanized materials using MIG, Flux Core, and spool gun welding processes.Pay Rate:$23.00 - $24.00 per hour.Schedule Hours:6:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday (overtime as needed)Aluminum/Steel Welder Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, Flux Core, and spool gun welding on aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and galvanized materialsWeld components in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positionsWork with pipes, cross bars, and grating panels to complete fabrication and production requirementsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accuratelySet up welding equipment and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality weldsInspect, troubleshoot, and repair/fix welds when necessaryAluminum/Steel Welder Qualifications and RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of welding experience requiredStrong experience with MIG welding, Flux Core welding, and aluminum welding using a spool gunMust be able to pass a welding test if requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipDependable, punctual, and safety-consciousBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredJob TypeFull-time, temporary to hireBenefitsWeekly PayMedical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.Interested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io, or call us at View phone number on click.appcast.io to learn more.
