Manufacturing Engineer I

Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $25hr - $30hrRequirement/Must Have:High school diploma required; college degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Responsibilities:Support production needs in real time through process, tooling, and documentation solutions.Drive safety, quality, and delivery improvements and projects.Execute small to medium sized projects.Create and maintain accurate work instructions.Act as a go-to technical resource on the floor.Own the accuracy, usability, and timeliness of process documentation.Review production issues tied to documentation and update work instructions proactively.Investigate root cause of issues in production and provide solutions or escalation within 24 hours.Ensure tooling supports efficient and repeatable processes.Independently execute assigned small to medium sized projects with clear deliverables and timelines.Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.Ensure processes are consistent by controlling and documenting process changes.Communicate independently and clearly across production, engineering, and support teams.Skills:Technical troubleshooting and structured problem solving.Safety and quality discipline.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
