Job Title: Dietary Aide / Food Service Worker (AM & PM Shifts)

Location: Worcester, MA

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Shifts Available:

Day Shift (AM)
Evening Shift (PM)
Rotating weekends and holidays as needed

About Holy Trinity

Holy Trinity is a healthcare and senior living community in Worcester dedicated to high-quality patient care. We are looking for dependable, compassionate Dietary Aides to join our dining services team and provide nourishing meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, portion, and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to resident meal plans and dietary restrictions.
Deliver meal trays to resident rooms and assist with dining room meal service.
Set up, clear, and clean dining areas, tray lines, and food prep stations.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashers and three-compartment sinks.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines (HACCP/OSHA).
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and nursing teams to ensure prompt meal delivery.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous food service, kitchen, or dietary aide experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred, but not required (entry-level applicants welcome).
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30-50 lbs during shifts.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset.
