Job description: Iron Trail Motors is a Toyota and Chevrolet dealership in Virginia, MN seeking to add an Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager to our high-performance team. Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications: Provide outstanding customer service. Evaluate credit reports. Obtain financing for vehicles Present and sell finance, insurance and protection products to customers Ensure all paperwork complies with state and federal regulations. Work closely with lenders and have strong influence in securing loan approvals. Accurately complete and submit all financing paperwork to finance sources. Maximize dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth deal flow. Automotive finance Manager Requirements include but are not limited to: Automotive finance, bank loan officer, or insurance experience required. High level of integrity and professionalism. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail. Self motivation and a desire for success.
