No hybrid or remote work options are available.Employees in this role participate in a structured on-call rotation and must remain accessible for urgent operational needs.Telecare is seeking an experienced behavioral health leader to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of three behavioral health programs in Bend, Oregon:Edgecliff Residential Treatment House #20612th Street House #207Deschutes Recovery Center #208This is a fully in-person, multi-program leadership role responsible for driving outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.The Administrator serves as the operational leader across all three programs, overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and financial performance.
