Elder Law Attorney

Feldman, Kramer & Monaco is seeking an experienced and compassionate Elder Law Attorney to join our established and highly respected law firm. This position focuses heavily on Medicaid planning, asset protection, long term care planning, and crisis Medicaid applications. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on Medicaid eligibility and asset protection strategies Develop and implement pre-planning and crisis planning solutions Oversee Medicaid applications and appeals Counsel clients regarding long term care, nursing home placement, and community Medicaid programs Oversee all estate planning documents Work closely with families navigating urgent healthcare and financial challenges Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar Experience with Elder Law, Medicaid Planning , Estate Planning, or Trusts & Estates Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility rules and crisis planning strategies Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills This role is ONSITE only at our Hauppauge, NY office. #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
