Position Highlights:

$768,600 Compensation Package - (Base + 6 Medical Director Hours/Week) + RVU bonuses on top
- Lucrative Arrival Bonus & 1st-Year Retention Bonus
Leadership Role - Guide a growing team of 4 EPs within a robust cardiology department of 29+ Cardiologists & 23 APPs
.85 Clinical / .15 Administrative - Dedicated time to develop and expand EP services
4 Dedicated EP Labs - Well-equipped facilities with a highly skilled support team
AFIB Program Expansion - Play a key role in launching a new AFIB clinic
EP-Only Call - Dedicated EP rounding service with additional call shift compensation available
Huge Growth Potential - 55,000 patients currently under management, with plans to double
