Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will serve as the key operational leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of one or more clinic locations. You will act as the bridge between clinical teams and administrative leadership, ensuring that workflows, staffing, patient scheduling, facility operations, financial targets, and regulatory compliance all align with the company's strategic goals.
