Accounts Payable ClerkThe Accounts Payable Clerk will support the Accounts Payable functions within the accounting department and work closely with team members to support our suppliers, vendors, or other organizations/individuals. This is a temporary assignment through the end of the year, with the possibility of extending longer. The wage range is $19-$22 an hour.Primary Responsibilities:Matching A/P invoicing with receiversEntering A/P invoicing into ERP system, matching to the PO issuedWork with vendors on problem resolutionFiling all unpaid invoicesPulling invoices to match to checksWorking with Receiving / Stockroom / Purchasing / Program Management to resolve discrepanciesOther accounting projects and tasks as assignedQualifications (Education & Experience):High School Diploma or equivalent1 - 3 years relevant experienceKnowledge of computerized accounting systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAccurate Data Entry SkillsDetail-oriented Express Employment Professionals Defunct
