Our client, a well-established fishing and seafood processing company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team in Cape May, NJ. This role sits at the heart of the company’s financial operations, ensuring that the steady rhythm of invoices, payments, and vendor relationships flows smoothly. The Accounts Payable Associate will handle high-volume transactions with precision, support timely and accurate disbursements, and help maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to moving parts and takes pride in keeping the financial engine running cleanly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing/posting
• Matching purchase orders and receiving documents
• Disbursements
• Statement reconciliation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Prior business and accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable
• Attention to detail
• Vendor communication skills
• Skilled at critical thinking and task prioritization

Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000
