Position Outpatient Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) – California license required Compensation $85,000/year Location Fully Remote – PST (U.S. Only) Overview We’re a telehealth organization dedicated to expanding access to high‑quality mental health care while supporting clinicians with tools, community, and work‑life balance. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. Provide therapy services to patients ages 5+ with moderate/high acuity. Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more. More About the Role Setting : 100% Remote | Outpatient Tribal Health Program & FQHC located in California Schedule : Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/wk in PST Appointments : 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 30 minutes for follow‑up appointments Administrative time : 60 minutes per day Caseload : 6-8 clients scheduled per day Qualifications Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license required. Availability 40 hours per week during PST. Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
