A client in Melbourne, FL is seeking Engineering Technicians to support a surge in project demand. This role involves assembling small, delicate components into modules that meet strict specifications, particularly for intensifier tube products. The Technician will perform hands-on work requiring strong manual dexterity while following detailed work instructions and documenting operations in a computer system. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with precision assembly and soldering experience in a controlled production environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• High school diploma and at least 4 years of technician experience
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small, fragile components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques (including through-hole and precision soldering)
• Experience following detailed work instructions and technical documentation
• Ability to perform repetitive, high-precision assembly tasks
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking production activities

Compensation

40hr - 44hr
