Senior Program Manager IBP - CST - Lafayette, CO or Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Overview Senior Program Manager – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in the Neuroscience Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit. Lead end‑to‑end integrated business planning, aligning cross‑functional teams across Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management. Location & Travel Location: Lafayette, CO or Memphis, TN (Onsite). Travel: Responsibilities Lead and govern the monthly Integrated Business Planning process, including Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Financial, and Management Business Reviews, ensuring alignment across the Operating Unit. Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle teams to develop and maintain a single, integrated business plan supporting strategic and operational objectives. Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, develop scenario plans, and provide data‑driven recommendations to support executive decision‑making. Facilitate cross‑functional planning forums to align priorities, resolve constraints, manage competing business needs, and drive timely decision‑making. Translate long‑range strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and quarterly business commitments into actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes. Communicate planning assumptions, business implications, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decisions and alignment. Drive continuous improvement of the IBP process by implementing best practices, standardizing methodologies, leveraging analytics, and enhancing planning capabilities. Influence and align cross‑functional teams without direct authority, fostering accountability, collaboration, and execution across a highly matrixed organization. Lead through ambiguity by solving complex business challenges, managing interdependencies across demand, supply, portfolio, and financial planning, and balancing competing priorities to optimize performance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 7years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 5years of relevant experience. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree meeting 8C.F.R. §214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirement. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or enterprise supply chain planning. Broad business and operational planning experience within complex, global organizations. Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, orthopedics, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or consumer products. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong facilitation, analytical, executive communication, and presentation skills.
