Mental Health Court Coordinator

St. Clair Health

Summary

In accordance with established Hospital standards, responsible for assisting in discharge planning coordination with unit, social workers and Utilization Review staff. Acts as a liaison between patients, patient's relatives, and the Hospital. Communicates patient's questions, complaints, and concerns to appropriate staff members.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Two years of experience providing administrative support in a psychiatric healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychiatry, social work, or a related field.
Experience working with patients and families, particularly in discharge or continuity of care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
