Commercial Lines Account Manager

Brown & Brown’s Las Vegas commercial lines team is hiring a senior-level Account Manager to take over an established book of business, with a structured handoff from the current account manager. You’ll join a close, long-tenured team, work on a varied commercial book, and own your client relationships from day one.

• A real hybrid schedule. In office Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The book

• About $850K in revenue across a generalist commercial book
• Larger accounts average about $50K in revenue; smaller accounts run on a streamlined renewal process
• Much of the book is managed with a single, experienced client-side risk manager, so you’ll build a deep working partnership with a sophisticated buyer instead of juggling dozens of contacts

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day service for your accounts and serve as the key contact with carriers
• Manage renewals and new business from start to finish, including preparing submissions and marketing to carriers
• Get ahead of client needs, from tracking expirations to raising issues before they become problems
• Handle policy servicing (endorsements, invoicing, cancellations) and keep records current in AMS360 and ImageRight
• Back up your assigned producer(s) and help teammates during busy periods

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience at an agency or brokerage
• An active Property & Casualty license
• Experience in an agency management system (AMS360, Epic, Sagitta or similar)

Nice to have

• AMS360 and ImageRight experience
• Hospitality, gaming, construction or manufacturing accounts
• Experience building long-term relationships with sophisticated clients
