Location: Fort Worth TX (fully onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 9-5

About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative and office support to ensure an efficient and welcoming workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support staff with meeting room setup and office space arrangements.
• Provide employees with general information regarding office policies and procedures.
• Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate the ordering and purchasing of necessary supplies.
• Maintain and organize contracts, records, and other administrative documentation.
• Coordinate employee medical examinations and related appointments as needed.
• Assist with general office administration and special projects.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties to support the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or office coordinator role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
