Bookkeeper

Role Description The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate ledgers for the company. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports, processing invoices and payments, tracking expenses, and assisting with payroll and job cost tracking as needed. The role also involves working with accounting software to ensure data accuracy, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and collaborating with management to provide financial insights that support business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area, requiring regular collaboration with office and project staff. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping and finance skills, including maintaining ledgers and managing daily financial transactions. Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements for internal and external reporting. Proficiency with accounting software and systems, with experience in entering and managing journal entries. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with office and field teams. Previous experience in construction or trades-related bookkeeping is preferred but not required.
