Accounting ClerkShift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate: $20-25/hr., Depending on ExperienceLocation: Denver, CO 80207Experience: 6+ Months RequiredAre you a smart, talented financial whiz? As a part of the team at our forward-thinking and family-oriented company, you will work closely with our experienced Controller, and will be responsible for processing payments and analyzing accounts.Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:Process accounts payable.Initiate check run process.Match invoices to purchase orders.Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.Process and monitor payments.Prepare and monitor the AR system.Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances.Set up new accounts.Accounting Clerk Requirements:Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email.Work in a team environment.Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PaySick PayCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
