For example, if you live in Los Angeles and need to file documents in New York, USA Express can do it!JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Associate/Receptionist to join our fast-paced team in Woodland Hills. As the first point of contact for our clients and (occasional) visitors, you will be responsible for handling a very busy phone line, providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and other data entry and administrative tasks as required. If you are a positive person with excellent multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you!RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESAnswer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Provide assistance to clients and visitors with inquiries and requests.Assist with scheduling appointments and witness interviewsPerform other administrative duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSAble to positively communicate with clients and employees dailyA "Let's do this!" attitude -- connects quickly, proactive, follows throughMust be dependable, aware and responsiveAn adept multitaskerExcellent organizational skillsAdept at handling several responsibilities at once (with a smile!)While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
