About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Information Technology Infrastructure to spearhead the management, governance, and optimization of critical technology infrastructure on a global scale. This executive role is pivotal in driving high-impact transformation projects, leading enterprise infrastructure strategy, and ensuring operational resilience, scalability, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure operations, data centers, vendor management, and key technology projects, all while maintaining close partnerships with senior business and technology stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years' progressive IT infrastructure experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. A strong background in enterprise infrastructure and data center operations is essential, as is experience in managing vendor contracts, third-party relationships, and technology governance frameworks. The role requires a deep understanding of IT controls, audit requirements, and risk management principles, with a preference for candidates who have worked in financial services or other highly regulated industries. Key skills and competencies include infrastructure operations, data center management, vendor and contract management, regulatory compliance, and project leadership.
