We provide everything you need to elevate your beef-centric meal—from premium meats and spirits to BBQ supplies, recipes, and home goods. Nestled in the historic town of Corning, Iowa, inside a former bank building. Visitors explore a store filled with signature wines, whiskeys, bourbons, and beef, ensuring they never leave empty-handed.
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a strategic, driven, and charismatic leader who can take Fire & Salt Co. to the next level. This is not just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our brand. If you’re a mover and shaker with a knack for storytelling, marketing, and building relationships, we want you.
Key Responsibilities- Drive company growth through innovative strategies and strong leadership.
- Inspire and manage a team, delegating effectively to maximize productivity.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that tell our story and connect with customers.
- Build relationships that drive sales of meat products and curated boxes.
- Oversee the company’s Profit & Loss statement and ensure financial health.
- Spend approximately 30% of time in-store; remaining time focused on strategic initiatives such as researching and purchasing for the store, event planning, seasonal planning and staff management.
- Work closely with current owners for mentorship on scaling the business.
- Leverage accounting and HR support provided by ownership.
- A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- A strategic thinker who thrives on solving problems and driving results.
- Skilled in storytelling and marketing, with a proven ability to connect with customers.
