THE JOB: As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll be the organizational force behind our Sales team; managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities Manage travel advisor requests and liaison with the property operations teams to execute requests, own inbox and distribute to other departments as needed Be a resource on activities, services and amenities within our resort.
