Senior Sales Manager (Remote - U.S.) Drive Enterprise Growth in a High-Demand SaaS Market $110-120K Base + Commission = $220- 240K OTE - 50/50 Split
We're seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help drive growth within the rapidly expanding IT automation and enterprise software space. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on developing enterprise relationships, closing complex software deals, and expanding market presence across large-scale organizations. ? Preference will be given to candidates located in the Midwest or West Coast regions. What You'll Do Enterprise Sales & Business Development

- Drive new business development and expand enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with long-term account strategies
- Identify, engage, and close strategic opportunities with enterprise customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation
- Develop trusted relationships with executive-level decision makers
- Deliver compelling value propositions and business cases
- Partner cross-functionally with technical and internal teams to support customer success
- Increase product adoption and visibility within existing accounts
- Sell complex SaaS, enterprise software, and professional services solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Execute consultative and ROI-driven sales strategies
- Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives when needed
- 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
- Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Experience managing strategic or global accounts
- Strong background in consultative/value-based selling
- IT infrastructure, workload automation, or IT operations experience
- Experience with enterprise automation or file transfer technologies
- MBA or advanced business/technical education preferred
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and standard business tools
- Self-starter with strong organizational and forecasting abilities
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
