Controls Field Services Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced Control Systems Field Service Engineers to support long-term installation and commissioning projects across Texas and Louisiana related to the Oil and Gas industry. This role is ideal for professionals with strong OEM experience. Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, and startup of turbine control systems. Troubleshooting and diagnostics of control panels, PLCs, and HMIs. Loop checks, I/O verification, and functional testing. Support for Heavy Duty Gas Turbine startup and operational testing. Field troubleshooting during outages and commissioning events. Reading and interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control logic. Preparing detailed field service reports and technical documentation. OEM Experience Required Gas turbine commissioning and outage support experience. Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control integration. Project Coverage Long-term assignments across Texas, Louisiana and the rest of USA. Field-based work supporting installation and commissioning projects. Opportunity to support major energy and power generation sites. Requirements Over 5 years of experience. Experience in industrial field environments (onshore/offshore preferred). Strong troubleshooting and commissioning background. Safety-focused mindset with valid certifications (preferred).
