Job Overview As a SONIC General Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant and its operations. You will work with your team to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience every time. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations. Hire, train, develop, and manage staff. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. Execute local store marketing initiatives. Qualifications Three years of prior restaurant management experience (QSR highly preferred). High school diploma or equivalent.
