Retail Beverage Merchandiser

West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Merchandiser - Beer & Beverage (Wayne County)

Starting Pay: $18.25/hr.

• $18.75 after 90 days
• $19.25 after 1 year

Plus: Fuel Card | $160/month auto allowance | Monthly phone reimbursement

Looking for a physically active job where the day goes fast and you're not stuck behind a desk? We're hiring a Full-Time Retail Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores throughout the area. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys moving, organizing, and working directly in stores.

What You'll Be Doing

• Stocking beer and beverage products in retail stores
• Rotating inventory to ensure freshness
• Building displays and setting promotions
• Keeping shelves organized and full
• Communicating with sales and delivery teams
• Building relationships with retail accounts

Schedule & Hours

• 5 days per week
• 40-50 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Some holiday work required

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and self-motivated individuals
• Prior merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or retail stocking experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to lift and move beverage cases as part of daily work
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
