Review and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; monitor charting for quality and compliance. Supervise and collaborate with licensed and ancillary staff (e.g., CNAs) to deliver consistent, resident-centered care. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and emergencies. Requirements Current, active RN license (state licensure in Vermont or eligibility for Vermont licensure may be required). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN or BSN). Relevant experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred. Ability to perform essential nursing duties in a long-term care environment; good communication and teamwork skills; eligible to work in the United States.
