We operate with a performance-first mindset and are currently in a period of rapid growth. Clients Blackbox is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to manage video projects, perform QA on completed video edits, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients. $2,000–$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply! Requirements Excellent written and spoken English Strong organization and attention to detail Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls Professional, confident, and able to work independently Able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment Must have experience with Sales and Account Managment Preferred: Agency, performance marketing, video production, account management, or client-facing experience. Responsibilities: Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables Perform QA on edited videos before final approval Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality Provide clear revision feedback to video editors Conduct introductory sales calls with prospective clients Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team Clients Blackbox, Inc.
