Paint Prep & DetailerScaletta Armoring, an automotive remanufacturer located in Bedford Park, IL has an immediate need for Paint Prep & Detailer.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform needed body work to include use of filler for repairsPrepare vehicles for painting to include cleaning, sanding, priming, and tapingWet sand primer and mask vehicleEnsure proper maintenance of boothEnsure proper usage and storage of painting productsBuffing with wool and foam pads and compoundFinal PolishingWashing vehicle and removing all compound residuePerform other duties as assigned or directedSkills and Abilities:Ability to buff and polishPaint Prep SkillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsExcellent attendance and work habits
