Workday HCM Product Analyst

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $50 - $55 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

This position is on the Core HR team in HR Service Management focused on the Core HCM Workday product.

This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. They will be working with the business 1 on 1 every day in building out requirements, testing, etc. so  excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must . They will be working with varying levels of leadership (directors and executives) to help develop an automated process that will replace a highly manual one.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role

• Requirements gathering, story writing in Jira, testing
• This person will need extensive Workday experience and possess the ability to interface across multiple levels in the organization (required)
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
• Ideally would like someone with a Product, Project, or Change Management background.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Core HCM (Human Capital Management) experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
  • Calculated fields and cross functional configurations (Calculated fields allow users to perform calculations, text manipulation, date calculations, and logical expressions on existing data)
