Field Service Technician II

Position Overview As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper setup and maintenance of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' beverage dispensing systems while providing exceptional service. In this role you will focus on fountain installation, including placing equipment, running lines, completing repairs, and ensuring proper function for all installed equipment. Job Details Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri Pay: $26.80/HR Job Level: 2 Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous service while on‑site, addressing client questions and concerns Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements Conduct routine maintenance on fountain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly Perform system testing and quality checks to verify that the fountain is dispensing beverages accurately and efficiently Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with fountain equipment and components Perform necessary repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements Lift up 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80 lbs Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable Knowledge of electrical systems Ability to run plumbing and electrical lines to the equipment Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Benefits Competitive wages paid bi‑weekly or optional pay on demand; overtime opportunities Health coverage (3 medical options, dental and vision) Health Savings Accounts with company match 401(k) retirement plan with company match FREE virtual primary care, acute care, and physical therapy FREE employee assistance program FREE safety shoes annually for most roles Seven company paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays Paid time off (vacation, sick time, bereavement, jury duty, maternity/paternity, disability leave, and volunteer time) Discounted and free product Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for career advancement Equal Employment Opportunity Swire Coca-Cola is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E‑Verify program as required by law.
