As a Physical Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: Promote Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care. Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, and consult with other specialists. Review patients’ functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Design and implement a plan of care based on a thorough assessment and incorporate participation by significant others when appropriate. Conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care. Direct the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals. Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans, updating documentation regularly and maintaining prescriptions and signatures. Provide direction and leadership to staff and act as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community. Work in a physically demanding, high‑stress environment. Perform full range of body motion, including handling, lifting, and transferring patients. Potentially work irregular hours, including call hours if applicable. What is Required? Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved program. Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work. Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility. Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area. Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws. Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including patient transfers and equipment movement. The low end of the compensation range is $105,000 to the high end up to $115,000 annually, which may include additional earnings for work beyond quota, bonuses, on‑call, or other performance‑based compensation variables.
