Host/Hostess responsibilities:

Opening the doors for Guest as they arrive and depart.
Engaging with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable
Offering assistance or recommendations to make their visit more enjoyable
Providing personal attention to create a friendly atmosphere
Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing any concerns
Ensuring a seamless transition between guests as they arrive and leave
Standard technology capability with seating programs.
Thanking guests for choosing the restaurant and inviting them to return
