Inpatient Operations PharmacistThis position is in the Inpatient Pharmacy Department. The Night Shift Inpatient Operations Pharmacist will work under supervision. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day staffing and workflow. The incumbent will assign daily duties and maintain compliance standards. This role acts as a liaison between staff and supervisor. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services. Services are provided to a diverse range of patients including pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. The incumbent serves as a dedicated front-line pharmacist. This position requires coordination of day-to-day operations in the Inpatient pharmacy. The pharmacist will provide technical and administrative guidance to both professional and non-professional employees. The role may require covering shifts to address staffing deficits.
