Title: CustomerService Representative Location: Madison, CT Job Type:Temp to hire orDirect Placement Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience Position Overview Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experiencedCustomer Service Representativefor a direct-hire opportunity with an established printing and converting operation in Madison, CT. Printing industry experience isrequiredfor this position. The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important connection between customers, sales, and production. This roleis responsible formaintainingstrong customer relationships, ensuring order accuracy, and helping coordinate information throughout the production and shipping process. Key Responsibilities Enter customer orders into the open job system. Assistwith preparing sales order entry forms. Prepare andmaintaincustomer release and shipping documentation. Track customer inventories. Send confirmation letters for estimates and orders. Track orders throughout the entire process, from artwork through production and shipment. Respond to customer questions and providetimelyorder updates. Communicate with sales, production, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently. Prepare reports related to customer purchases. Identifyandassistin resolving potential customer or production issues. Maintainaccuratecustomer and order records. Performadditionalreporting and administrative responsibilities as requested by management. Skills & Qualifications Printing industry experience isrequired. Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Ability to remain professional and effectively handle customer concerns. Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office or equivalent software. Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and production personnel. Associate degree preferred but notrequired.
