- $1,000 SIGN ON BONUES! (after 9 months of employment)
- Starting Rate: $23/hourly + Sales Spiffs & Bonuses
- Profit Sharing (after 18 months)
- Full Time: 40 hours/5-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
- Candidate should have Saturday availability (9 am to 2 pm)
- Paid Training - 6 to 12 weeks

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
- Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments for client design consultations
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Provide product suggestions, review measurements, estimate materials, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
- Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.
- Support customers by resolving issues or connecting them with the right experts
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Hotel Hospitality or similar role
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks & Microsoft Outlook
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
