Compensation Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.
