As a key member of our mental health team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health histories and needs.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to individual circumstances.

• Administering therapeutic interventions and supporting clients through various stages of their recovery process, ensuring that they achieve their treatment goals.

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment efforts, participating in case consultations, and contributing to peer review meetings to enhance care quality.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including individuals combating substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and those seeking emotional support during critical life transitions. Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
