Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain comprehensive insights into clients' mental health status, life challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and tailored to client needs, incorporating necessary therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and coordinated treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment to guarantee client safety, including the development of safety plans as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups focusing on essential coping strategies and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health issues, focusing specifically on those undergoing detoxification.
