What You'll Be DoingAs a Barista at Minuti Coffee, you'll be the face of our brand, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring the café is always ready to welcome customers.
- Collaborating with team members to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
