Position: Barista - Houston - TX

Barista Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Arwa standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Educate customers on menu items, especially our authentic Yemeni coffee offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as cups, syrups, milk, and pastries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold Arwa’s customer service standards by creating a positive, welcoming environment.
• Address customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
• Support any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
