Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs, identifying issues and formulating appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Provide educational resources and support for clients and their families, ensuring they are informed and involved in the treatment process.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to deliver integrated and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and valid New York State license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, with a proven track record of success.

Compensation and Benefits\n
